  Great location and beautiful clean hotel.

  We had requested a King bed and ended up with two doubles. It was very inconvenient for our family stay.

  The hotel is very comfortable, the buffet breakfast is great - they even made me poached eggs on request, and it's nice to simply leave the room and go into the casino whenever you want. The shuttle bus to West Edmonton Mall goes every 20 minutes and is a really handy way to shop without worrying about parking.

  The friendly staff at check in was amazing.

  This hotel was beautiful and was built with luxury in mind. The only thing I didn't care for was the noise level in the hall. For such a wonderful hotel they could have had better doors. You hear everything in the hall.

  I very much appreciated the professional manner in which I was treated right from the reception staff to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would certainly stay at the Marriot at River Cree again.

  This hotel has twin ice rinks attached and with it comes hockey tournaments /children and parents who had no regard for the rest of us having to share the same floor. The hallways were very noisy right up to 1:30 a.m.

  The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

  The water was off for awhile through no fault of theirs, but still a major inconvenience and when the water did come back on the hot water looked like iced tea for quite awhile.

  we were allowed to check in early. this really helped us out. the staff were so very friendly and willing to help and accomodate us. our room was the quietest I have ever had.

  the smoking in the casino was surprising to say the least. this doesn't match the rest of the facility

  I was picking my daughter up from the airport and we were going shopping at West Edmonton Mall. The location is great, close to the mall. We did not go to the casino but we have stayed numerous times at the River Cree and enjoy the comfort and how clean the rooms are. The staff are excellent! We had breakfast, did not have the buffet as it would have just been to much for us but my husband and I have had the buffet before and are never disappointed. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

  I love everything about this hotel!!!!! We were upgraded to the luxury suite at no extra cost and it was absolutely incredible!! The staff at this hotel is exceptional and they go out of their way to make it most enjoyable!!! One word- fabulous!!!!!! We will be returning!!
